The only really big house, just 200 meters from the famous beach of Playa de Palma ", for 14 adults. With numerous amenities such as private pool, large BBQ grill bar with outdoor kitchen, dishwasher and fridge, 300 m2 of sun terraces with plenty of sun beds, comfortable porch swings, table tennis and bar, a prestigious 70 m2 living room with separate TV area and dining area, fireplace . The villa is quietly located in the privileged residential area called "Las Maravillas" Located in Palma de Mallorca.

This comfortable home-style vacation home offers 7 allergikerfreie, bright, but also non-dimming bedroom with queen-or king-size beds and air conditioning / heating, 4 bathrooms with bath or shower, stand to relax on the large sunny and shady terraces, sun loungers and seats sufficient and the popular BBQ grill bar.

The 75 m² large living room with its large windows on 3 sides giving the room an intimate penthouse character. Here are the open fireplace and an inviting dining area for 8 persons. The modernly decorated, kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped, large dining table, dishwasher, 2 large fridges and a freezer provide chilled drinks and meals.The adjacent pantry provides additional storage for food purchases of the tourist groups.

Two double rooms (rooms 1 and 2) share the comfortable marble bathrooms with power shower, sink and toilet. On the Room 3 is adjoined by a bathroom en-suite with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.

Below we have a room 4, our "little granny flat", with an individual, small en-suite bathroom, shower and lavatory, large rooms 5 with stunning views over the pool and sun terraces.

The attic is reached by the spiral staircase to the spacious rooms, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., which fireplace, leather sofa set and a private bath with balcony.

The air conditioning and central heating in the rooms make for a pleasant indoor climate in summer and cozy warmth in winter.

There are 4 car parking spaces on the Grundststück as well as ample parking directly in front of the house.

Because of its location in the fourth line to the sea to reach the sea and the legendary beach of Playa de Palma, many restaurants, bars, discos, shops in just 3 minutes. The well-known ham street, road or beer Ballermann with the most popular nightclubs is just 10 minutes.

Directions:

- Taxi: The most simple way you enter a taxi at the airport Palma, and pay up to 15,-- Euro. The trip lasts not even ten minutes. - Bus: At the airport, you climb into the blue bus with the number 1 and travel to the main train station "Plaza Espana". There you change into the bus with the number 15 in direction "El Arenal" and get out at the stop "Hotel Kontiki Playa". Then you walk approx. 200 m to our villa. The fare is approx. 2,50 Euro per person. We expressly do not recommend travelling with the bus (unpunctual, exhausting transfer, overcrowded buses and theft-danger). - Rental car: You may rent a car at the airport in the parking, we recommend reservation over the Internet at email-car-hire.com or doyouspain.com. They are for many years the most advantageous car rental companies. Print yourself at home the approach plan from the airport to the villa (e. g. over googlemaps.com).
