The quiet situated villa with seven guest rooms with self-catering, in the very privileged residential area Las Maravillas near the world famous party zone Ballermann, situated only 4 minutes to walk close from the 6 km long sandy beach of the legendary Playa de Palma. The unique big villa in the Playa de Palma for 16 people with many amenities as well as SAT-TV and a TDT reiceiver, a private pool, BBQ with outdoor kitchen, air-condition, central heating and bar, 300 sqm of terraces and only 200 meters far away from the famous sandy beach. Especially for partens we have a BABYBAY (babybed with grid).
The luxury-home-style vacation home has seven double bedrooms and four bathrooms, spacious sun terraces and is set in fourth sea line. The 75 sqm of spacious living room in penthouse-style offers a fire place, TV area, dining area for eight persons and directly access to the pool. The complete and modern equipped kitchen offers other dining table for six persons, two big refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry. Two of the three double rooms (room 1 and 2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room 3 includes an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The ground floor comprises of a room 4 with bathroom en suite (bathtub, shower and wash-basin), the room 5 disposes of a big double bed and gaze over the pool. You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun-or shadow-terrace and the pool. The first floor has two big bedrooms with bath en suite. Our home is clean, personally and families and children are always welcome.
Sufficient parking places you will find directly in front of the house. The rental price per day is from 175 up to 650 Euros for the whole house. Because of the fantastic location and infrastructure you can reach the legendary beach, as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, the most popular discos and night clubs in a few minutes. The pool will be open from 1st of May until 1st of November. For this time we garante a good and fresh quality of water, because we are controlling it weekly.

Directions:
- Taxi: The most simple way you enter a taxi at the airport Palma, and pay up to 15,-- Euro. The trip lasts not even ten minutes. - Bus: At the airport, you climb into the blue bus with the number 1 and travel to the main train station "Plaza Espana". There you change into the bus with the number 15 in direction "El Arenal" and get out at the stop "Hotel Kontiki Playa". Then you walk approx. 200 m to our villa. The fare is approx. 2,50 Euro per person. We expressly do not recommend travelling with the bus (unpunctual, exhausting transfer, overcrowded buses and theft-danger). - Rental car: You may rent a car at the airport in the parking, we recommend reservation over the Internet at email-car-hire.com or doyouspain.com. They are for many years the most advantageous car rental companies. Print yourself at home the approach plan from the airport to the villa (e. g. over googlemaps.com).

Wir waren hier mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Villa befindet sich - wie in der Beschreibung erläutert - tatsächlich in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum der Playa. Absulut zu empfehlen.

Ein durch und durch perfekter Urlaub,woran die Villa einen sehr sehr großen Anteil hatte. Durch die super Lage, der großzügigen Ausstatung(vor allem das Riesen Wohnzimmer und der Pool konnten hier begeistern)und dem tollen Service erlebten wir eine unvergessliche Zeit auf Mallorca! Die Villa bietet alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Die Ausstattung ist eins a, dies reicht von einem großen schönen Pool über eine gemütliche BBQ-Ecke bis hin zur perfekten räumlichen Innenausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft, da es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von El Arenal sind. Wir hatten wirklich einen super Aufenthalt und damit einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer wirklich ruhigen Gegend und ist top gelegen. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand oder zur Partymeile. Das Haus bietet alles an Ausstattung, was man für einen schönen Aufenhalt in Spanien benötigt. Vorallem die große BBQ-Ecke läd für gemütliche Abende am Grill ein.

5 Tage haben wir in dieser super Villa wortwörtlich genossen!
es gibt alles, was man im urlaub braucht, die Räumlichkeiten sind super eingerichtet, Schöne Schlafzimmer, toller Wohnraum mit Fernseher und Computer mit W-LAN, Küche, Grillecke, Pool und grosser Platz mit Liegestühlen, sogar ein Velo sowie ein Laufband!
Die Lage ist super, man hat seinen Frieden und ist unter sich, 10min gehen ist man am Strand oder an der Partystrasse beim Ballermann!
nur zum weiterempfehlen, das war es wirklich wert!

Hallo aus Deutschland,
der Urlaub ist nun schon wieder eine Woche vorbei und es hat uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen bei Euch.
Bis auf die Kleinigkeit mit den Kaffeemaschinen **smile**, die aber am nächsten Tag sofort vom Hausverwalter Jürgen durch zwei neue ersetzt wurden.
Einzigartig war auch der Einkaufs-Service von Euch, den Ihr für uns am Anreisetag erledigt habt, sodaß wir sofort die gewünschten bestellten Lebensmittel und Getränke (!) im Kühlschrank hatten, als wir direkt vom Flughafen in die Villa angekommen sind.
Schönen Dank nochmals, das war echt bequem und angenehm, der Anreisetag ist ohnehin immer stressig genug...

We really enjoyed our stay at Arenas de Bilbao in Playa de Palma. My family stayed there 2010-05-01 to 2010-05-08 and celebrated my birthday. The location is good and the pool and barbecue-place was perfect. It was very easy to take the bus in to Palma city.

Top für grössere Gruppen
Waren mit 13 Männern vom 25.09.-29.09.2010 anläßlich einer Kegeltour in der Villa.
Bis zu Schinkenstraße geht man 20 Minuten, Lage für Ballermänner also noch akzeptabel.
Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, Pool, Grillplatz, geräumige Küche,
Tischtennisplatte, TV, usw.
Leider hatten wir in dieser Zeit mit der auf Mallorca herrschenden Mückenplage zu kämpfen.
Für Kegeltouren in größeren Gruppen absolut zu empfehlen.
Empfohlen für: Reisende 55+, Frauencliquen.

Perfektes Haus an guter, ruhiger Lage!
Wir haben die Villa im Sommer 2009 für 5 Tage gemietet. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr positiv.
Wir haben ein sauberes und gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden und waren sehr überrascht von den tollen und grossen Räumen und Zimmern. Auch die Aussenanlage mit Pool und Grillecke war genial.
Sehr ruhiges Quartier und zu Fuss ist man schnell am Strand und in der Partyzone.
Die Schweizer-Gruppe wird im Sommer 2010 wieder anwesend sein.
Die Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Villa mit Pool in super Lage!
Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem nahe am Meer und ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Schinkenstrasse.
Toller Garten mit Pool und Grill.
Absolut zu empfehlen!
Empfohlen für: Reisende 55+, Abenteuer & Erlebnis, Frauencliquen, Urlauber ohne Auto, Familien mit Teenagern, Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Wir waren vom 16.-22.7.09 vor Ort und ich kann nur sagen, dass diese Villa absolut perfekt für einen Mallorca Urlaub ist. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten eine traumhafte Woche.
Die Villa ist absolut Top!! Grosse Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, viele Badezimmer (sehr sauber), grosse Sofas, TV Sender ohne Ende, Wireless Internet (Weltklasse). Dazu einen super Pool, BBQ Grillstelle und sogar einen Ping-Pong-Tisch um die mallorkinische Ping-Pong- Meisterschaft auszutragen. Das ganze zu einem sensationellen Preis!! Diese Villa kann ich vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen.
Wir kommen wieder im Jahr 2010!

Wir sind eine Familie aus Innsbruck, aus dem schönen Tirol, und haben das erste Mal einen Urlaub direkt bei einem Privatvermieter über das Internet gebucht. Alles hat super geklappt, es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub, um den winterlichen Kälten zuhause zu entfliehen. Der Hausverwalter hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Vor aller die Lage am Meer und die Größe (angeblich 350 m2) spricht sehr für dieses Feriendomizil. Der Vermieter war bei der Auftragsabwicklung sehr zuvorkommend und arbeitete immer rasch und professionell. Auf diese Art möchten wir uns durch eine positive Bewertung nochmals bei unseren Landsleuten auf Mallorca herzlich bedanken.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, ausser dem etwas kalten Wetter. Die Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf der Webseite und wir bedanken uns für den netten und zuvorkommenden Empfang im Hause nach unserer Ankunft in Palma de Mallorca.
